Time to end Ukraine proxy war
Pelosi wants another $33 billion in credit card money for a never ending war in Ukraine, but the resulting inflation won’t look as bad because going from 2 to 8% looks worse than going from 8-10%. So, we’ll print more.
Zelensky has gotten $850,000 so far from the war. Various Congressmen probably get tens to hundreds of thousands, but what do we get out of this? We get high inflation, which is a tax, forthcoming food shortages because of a lack of fertilizer, which is made from fossil fuels, and supply chain problems.
What else could we get? A hot nuclear war. With 6000 nuclear war heads, Putin could deliver about 18 warheads to every US city with a population over 100,000.
It’s an election year so we have a chance to move away from this destructive policy.
