How did our American society get to this point of decay?

BLM, DEI, ANTIFA, 1619 Project, Pro-Palestinian/ HAMAS college campus riots, Business and government hiring practices shifting to favor diversity over talent, causing lowered standards in medicine, flight controllers, governing boards in both academia and business, etc.  All these recent trends have one attribute in common – race as the defining factor.  How did our American society get to this point of decay?  Analysts will argue whether the influence is from Chinese Communists, Russian Communists, post-Vietnam Marxist college professors, and Soros & Rockefeller Foundation money.  But it doesn’t matter who is pulling the levers of power in our modern society or whether advanced technology in media is boosting the effort; the underlying basis, the foundation, is the development of the most potent societal influencing tool in modern times – that of the weaponization of racial bias to attack and destroy.  Getting to this point in the imminent destruction of the comfortable lifestyle Americans have come to appreciate is the result of our social fabric being filtered through a long and winding road of tortured influences which began centuries ago with the adoption of plantation slavery in British American colonies (at the time considered a clever way to keep agricultural crop costs down for profit).  The article below should serve to educate the reader on the path that the development of this tool has taken (not always evident) and how difficult, if not impossible, it will be to reduce the influence of this tool in our future society.

Many business practices manage employment.  Slavery is just one of them (indentured servitude, union-opposed executive management practices upon wage earners, internships, etc.).  The one most despised is slavery because that practice eliminated the option to quit your job.  I am not in favor of slavery, and the American past was infused with racially tainted employment practices surrounding slavery (primarily sourced from African sub-Saharan black tribes).  There are a lot of inaccurate impressions of slavery.  So, we must start with debunking some of those misleading impressions.  Firstly, in the period before 1863 (Emancipation Proclamation), slaves were typically purchased by southern plantation owners and small farmers.

So, there was a buy-in cost to obtaining slaves.  Then, the plantation management and small farmers were responsible for feeding, clothing, and housing the slaves, which was another cost.  In effect, it could be said that slavery generated low-cost labor, less than minimum wage, but not free labor.  The two aspects of slavery that tainted the practice were the ability of plantation management and small farmers to beat whips and abuse their field hands and, of course, the lack of freedom in mobility a slave had, which eliminated the possibility of ‘quitting’ your job.  It can be argued that indentured servitude common in New England colonies also limited freedom (paying too low wages so the indentured employee could never free himself from his employer), and work conditions were also often atrocious.  However, indentured servitude affected mainly white immigrants in New England, so the historical comparisons to slavery do not attract the same attention that southern plantation slavery did.

Also, another misunderstanding is that white people sailed to Africa clubbed blacks over the head and stole them from their tribal homes.  It couldn’t practically happen as the British ship’s crews were small and weakened by disease once they anchored off the African coast.  By a fluke, some British ship captains happened to come upon the African coast.  What they confronted was that the dominant African tribes held slaves from the less powerful tribes (which the dominant tribes periodically raided to support the dominant tribe’s labor needs).  These British ship captains quickly determined what articles were most eligible for barter and would attract the dominant tribal leaders to conduct business with the ship captains.  So, the ship Captains loaded their holds in British ports with spices, honey, small metal goods, and even firearms & gunpowder to trade for the dominant tribal leader’s slaves.

Once this practice became commonplace, the tribal leaders would ‘overload’ their quantity of slaves for barter (more than they could use for domestic needs).  The British crews became happy to visit these tribes because their visits would be a celebration, and the ship crews would refresh their bodies and re-provision before leaving for the long voyage across the Atlantic.  Most likely, the Tribes would assist the ship crews with loading the slaves (just like the ship crews would have assistance once docking in Savannah or Charleston to off-load).  The shipmasters would then load cotton for the return trip to England (much needed by the English clothing industry).  This practice became known as the ‘triangle trade’.  This bit of genuine history is suppressed by our current liberal black and progressive white educators and social leaders (not the slightest reason is that it would conclude that the blacks bartered as slaves in Africa heading to the US were the less capable as the dominant tribes were in charge and not subject to slave capture).  Also, this tended to release responsibility from the British for the slave trade, labeling the British as just entrepreneurs taking advantage of an existing slave institution in the African continent.

The above sets the backdrop for sourcing slave labor in the US (one change occurred in the 1830s when Great Britain outlawed slavery, and the plantation owners had to resort to just sourcing slaves from the domestic black slave children population).  Once slavery was banned in the US and the Confederacy lost the Civil War, many of the freed southern slaves (the ones that didn’t immediately migrate to northern city centers that evolved into the black ghettos of today) stayed on in the south of plantations and farms. They were converted to ‘indentured servants’, i.e., ‘employees’ paid less than minimum wage and essentially kept on the plantation through voluntary entrapment because they could not generate the financial independence to rise above their current lot in life.  Not much changed in the conditions for the former slaves.

Let’s look at the lay of the land after the Civil War.  Former black slaves were uneducated (on purpose to avoid their gaining literate power and revolting) (while this applied to most former black slaves, a small minority of educated blacks that had been employed in households and as black slave managers (for example, George Washington employed a black slave manager for his Mount Vernon Plantation) were an exception).  That under-educated condition applied to most white settlers in the colonies as only the wealthy gentry (generally descended from the British upper class) had access to expensive private libraries for self-advancement.  There were no free libraries (not until Benjamin Franklin set up a library that required payment to borrow books).  Once former slaves were free to move and potentially seek employment, that generated a new tension amongst the white populations, especially in cities with newly enlarged black ghettos.

Whites were fearful of potentially unfair competition for employment by uneducated blacks (the new Republican Party post-Civil War had become substantially progressive in promoting equal rights).  In the post-Civil War era through the late 1800s, an organization called the Ku Klux Klan was initially formed to subdue the black populations and discourage white-owned businesses from hiring blacks.  Additionally, Jim Crow laws were enacted in the early 1900s to maintain further separation between black and white citizens in social settings and business encounters. These practices were heavily favored by the Democrat Party affiliates (an echo effect of the pre-civil war southern plantation owners who were all Democrats – and as continued through more recent times by evidence of now deceased West Virginia Senator Byrd, who had been a ‘Grand Wizard’ of the Ku Klux Klan in his youth).

The Republican Party, since Lincoln, tried to enact equality laws but was filibustered by the Democrats.  The vast Ku Klux Klan march in the Capital in the 1920s was an organized effort by the Democrats to influence Washington elites and to continue to maintain control of white employment.  However, the reason these discriminatory regulations were enacted was to deny access to competitive employment to whites who were deemed more educated and qualified than blacks (which was generally true at the time).  The Democrats were on the commonsense side of that argument during that time.  The Republicans were the early ‘progressive’ Party trying to promote equal access to employment and social services for blacks.

It can be said that WWII inadvertently created a defining moment in racial engagement because of the drafting of blacks into the US armed forces.  Some heightened interaction between black and white soldiers through the necessity of wartime needs generated the first glimpse of interracial engagement.  This engagement stalled in the 1950s as Jim Crow regulations regained control of social divisions.  However, following the Kennedy assassination, LBJ took charge of a new initiative by the Democrats to promote a civil rights movement, which generated a significant pivot (let me reinforce that – a central pivot) in the early 1960s underpinned by a flurry of civil rights executive orders and Congressional actions.

LBJ was probably being directed by the smoke-filled room Democrat executives.  That effort led to a turnaround of the entire political landscape between the Republican and Democrat Parties (there had to have been a secret meeting of Democrat big shots that realized the transformation of the Democrat Party to a minority-promoting liberal Party would lead them to the ‘promised land’, which it did in the next decade to get votes, a precursor to today’s voter fraud process which is now used to obtain just enough ballots to sway the vote in Democrat’s favor).  That changed the direction of the Democrat Party from being a plantation-all, former slave-hating Party to a rejuvenated Party pandering towards the black minority in America, essentially handing out so-called $5 favors to each minority citizen if they would agree to vote Democrat.  And it worked exceedingly well, attracting many black citizens to become lifelong Democrat voters.  It ruined the Republican Party by transforming it from a Party promoting the disenfranchised masses to a Party of the business elite (which formulation remained until this day, where now the “Trump revolution” is in the process of changing the Republican Party back to a Party for the masses, and the Democrat Party is again becoming a Party for the ‘elites’).  The Republican ‘elites’ continue to fight that transformation, and the Democrat Party continues to be embroiled in a leftist take-over notwithstanding the Democrat ‘elites’ taking charge, so the outcome is still not fully decided.

Today, the institutions of higher education have been overtaken by liberal intelligentsia consisting of ultra-liberal Boards of trustees, liberal benefactors generating large endowments, and post-Vietnam Marxist professors that have succeeded in brainwashing much of the unsuspecting students (sourced from liberal lassie fair parenting) in our higher educational systems into anti-American protest eager young adults more interested in promoting social equality than establishing a successful career.  Today’s Pro-Palestinian protest crowds (organized by professional anti-American agitators) are sourced from those under-educated students, vulnerable to influence by their Marxist communist professors (like the academic environment in 1930s Germany, though Adolph Hitler took care of defeating the communist professors before WWII (yes, he was fascist, but he maintained business control of the environment).  Who will take care of these communist liberal professors now in the US?  There is no modern-day ‘Hitler’ to suppress them, and the US judicial climate favors leniency for those liberals involved in social unrest.

So now we get to the original premise of this article.  The invoice is coming due for payment upon demand that has weaponized the past American history of slavery as twisted by the liberal elite in America into a racial discord so intense not seen since the era of the early 1900s Klan days.  The Civil Rights movement of the 1960s has matured regulatory reform in the political and judicial environment to set the stage for taking racial hostility to a new level and using it to attack traditional American institutions (including law enforcement and the standards for effective hiring practices).  The current intrusion of the Chinese Communist involvement in the US college campuses (the Confucius Institutes as an example) (along with the George Soros-funded destruction of America) is taking the slavery past and twisting it into a retribution holocaust aimed to destroy American vitality.  They are trashing every institution into a non-best competitive environment where race and gentile (i.e., white) background dominate hiring practices.

There are many examples.  The American Medical Association today insists that medicine is characterized by white supremacy.  If a cancer research lab, for example, does not have 13 percent black oncologists (the black share of the national population) it is a racist lab that discriminates against competitively qualified black oncologists.  The Smithsonian Institution announces that “emphasis on the scientific method” and an interest in “cause and effect relationships” are part of totalitarian whiteness.  This gets even better – The average Medical College Achievement Test (MCAT) score for black applicants is a standard deviation below the average score for white applicants.  Some medical schools have now waived the submission of MCAT scores for black applicants.  The medical school curriculums are being revised to offer more diversity programs (to fight white privilege) at the expense of time for technical medical training.  If an airline company doesn’t have 13 percent black pilots, it is a racist airline company that discriminates against competitively qualified black pilots.  These conclusions are defined by a new paradigm – that racial disparities are proof of racial discrimination (a new yardstick defined by academia and introduced into hiring practices by social pressure furthered by social justice organizations (ACLU, NAACP, business, and government leadership influenced by lawsuits).

In the legal profession.  President Biden said he would no longer submit his judicial nominees to the American Bar Association for a preliminary hearing.  Why?  This would be “incompatible with the diversification of the judiciary”.  This is just a clue to the watering down of the judiciary throughout the country.  This is having a direct impact downstream on applying for District Attorney appointments to liberal non-qualified applicants.  And so and so on.  And the ABA standards are watered down to the state standards (Ohio is an example).

Our justice system is under attack.  It is being employed by pro-immigrant appointed prosecuting attorneys (or those same ultra-liberal candidates elected by liberal constituencies).  So, the net result has been and will be a massive crime wave throughout the United States.  Each incident will be highlighted in the mainstream media as an individual incident.  But that will grow exponentially.  Eventually, this issue will not be able to hide behind the illegal alien swarm that contributed to the turn of events in crime in the major cities.  And these District Attorney appointments are a direct result of the liberal hiring practices employed by minority Mayors and City Councils; all voted in by minority populations in the cities and squishy white liberals.

So, we are experiencing the net result of the 1700s/1800s slave trade in America as amplified by the political liberal left today (by their squishy explanation of the impact of slavery upon the current diaspora of post-slavery minimalist racist populations descending from the period of slavery).  They are increasingly amplifying the so-called effect of historical slavery upon the current so-called continuing racist employment hiring practices and the socialist imprint upon the diminishing white diaspora in America.  In other words, if you are white, you are naturally disposed to being a racist, regardless of your actual words and deeds.  Any American institutions generated by white European settlers in the American history of exceptionalism are inherently racist and need to be either dismantled (like the latest effort to remove historical memorial statuary throughout the US – not limited to Confederate statues) or substantially revised to promote black leadership over white leadership, qualifications notwithstanding.  Good question – where are the American Asian populations in all of this?

So, the political and business environment today is exemplified by the mark upon whether their practices exemplify racism.  That directly impacts the future political and business environment as the young future leaders are groomed by the practices of today.  We are now in a downturn of multiple collegiate experiences in turning the acceptance criteria to be racist and not quality.  There is a negative spiral of reduced educational requirements and reduced competition (by excluding white candidates) that is leading to a future in which innovation and technical advancement are being suppressed at the expense of balanced social justice.  That will naturally lead other countries to advance past the US in development and a lowering of the US population’s quality of life as these practices impact the business environment and the outcome of revenue to fuel quality of life (and the tax hikes that will complement the lowered business productivity output).

Our future is being determined by the decremented COVID school students and the future of our misgendered and under-educated students that the next generation will graduate and hold influential positions in business and government.

We are today experiencing the net result of the final wave of racist principled government regulations stemming from the maturation of the 1960s civil rights movement.  They become a part of the complicated comparison between the ‘Trump’ revolt Republican pushback (attempting to defeat the never-Trump Republicans that pervade the Republican diaspora and make up the past business elite of the Republican Party) and the Democrat elite taking over the ultra-leftist Democrat Party.  The ‘Trump’ revolution will eventually permeate the Republican Party and convert it back to the party of the masses.  The current divide between the Republican never-Trumpers and the divide to the ‘loyal’ Republicans will separate, and one side will disperse.  The Trump-influenced crowd will likely prevail.

So, the final federal election influenced by charges from the Democrats of racist-inspired chicanery and determined by massive fraudulent vote flipping and ballot stuffing (and weak Republican pushback) may be the last one of consequence in our lifetime).  While Trump secures a healthy percentage of the black vote and also the so-called Hispanic vote, expecting to prevail the counter effort by the Democrats to enable ‘illegal’ votes submitted by illegal immigrants who report to the polling centers with a legal driver’s license not requiring any other documents, will counter that demographic effort.  Then the fraudulent election machine takes hold and features ‘ballots on demand’. (after the strongholds in state cities like Philadelphia, Cleveland, Portland, Los Angeles, Seattle, and other ‘funnels’).   And the Chinese infiltration into the electoral voting machines may get to the final vote count.  The outcome is in dispute between these competing energies.

The 2024 federal election will likely generate a fraudulently derived vote total in the truest sense.  The eventual winner is the winner that controls the vote counting, and right now, that favors the Democrats, who use every trick, including the above-described racial programs, to influence voters.  The Republicans are at a deficit on that point (regardless of how the final vote count goes).  The future of our country seems to be in the hands of the majority, who happen to be the ultra-leftist Marxist, Marxist-influenced next generation.  So put your smart money on the Democrats winning.

As current events on college campuses illustrate, the racial weapon that has been honed to a fine sharp edge now defines the outcome of our constantly changing social construct.  As used by our enemies, it is bound to affect the eventual dissolution of the American Empire as we know it (unless some significant event, like WWIII, changes the dynamic).  The immediate future of our country seems to be a continuing decline in our quality of life (if you are a senior) and a muddling of the road if you are a junior.  There will be no change to sharpening the knife for racial equality programs.  Those will likely continue to be enhanced, and our traditional institutions will continue to be stressed (at the expense of those they support).  Thank you for listening.
